waited one and a half hours past my appointment time and after raising concern with the staff I was moved to a screening area upon which I was told there were still 3 other people ahead of me. I stated that was very concerning and asked to speak to a Supervisor. The Supervisor said the doctor was running behind and when I stated they had no respect for the patient and reminded her that patients have lives also and they should inform someone that they would be waiting hours past their given appointment so they could make the choice to wait or reschedule, she offered no response.
