I asked to make an appointment with Dr. Jeffries and was told I could see an assistant right away but the next opening to see Dr. Jeffries was a month later. I chose to wait so that my first visit would be with Dr. Jeffires. I arrived and the Dr. (or so I was led to believe) saw me and prescribed treatment and medications. One month later I returned for my follow-up appointment and was met by​ a different woman, who claimed to be Dr. Jeffries and said the other woman was her assistant.

I have to wonder if this is not malpractice of some sort. It's shoddy at best, and I am infuriated.

Her bedside manner is lacking. About a previous treatment she had basically called me a liar because I said I never received the treatment info. 1 visit was professional then by the end was rude and didn't acknowledge as I was leaving. Did not listen to my concerns or address them.

This doctor has cancelled my appointment TWICE, the first one was a few hours before my appointment and the second one the day before my appointment which only happened because I was trying to confirm my appointment, had I not done that she would have cancelled me on the same day again. The staff are rude and cold and made me feel I do not matter. Even though they were the ones who cancelled me, I had to wait for more than a month to get a new one. I don't know if she is good at what she does, but for me no matter how good you are, if you do not value other people's time and sickness, you're nothing to me. Therefore, I will now start to look for a new, caring ENT.

Doctor fails to give adequate information and getting follow up appointments are very poorly handled. Office staff is extremely unprofessional and rude.
