All three of my children have been in this office since birth. My oldest will be 17 and my youngest is three. Never will I take them anywhere else. All three doctors: Dr. Janson, Dr. Bertsch and Dr. Monday are so wonderful. My children actually like going to the doctor! I haven't had the same troubles with the staff as other users. The doctors are so worth it!

Dr. Janson is an amazing doctor, however it would be nice if his staff could be nice. I dared to question a test performed and notified them that our insurance provider said that they used a code for a hearing test for a child up to 90 days old. They said that they always use that code and that I was out of line for questioning them. The supposed Office Manager wrote me a nastigram stating that I was wrong to question them and that I need to start taking my child elsewhere, and that I need to pay the full price of the test. The funny thing is that I had paid the discounted amount sent on their invoice before they issued the letter. I will be taking this up with my lawyer. Dr. Janson would never put up with this kind of thing if he knew it was happening.

Dr. Janson is great!! He always remembers us by name and is very polite and helpful. My kids have gone there for 5+ years and love him. The staff on the other hand is awful. They act like they hate their jobs and like you bothering them with any call/question you may have. I feel like I'm unwelcomed by them when coming into the office. If it weren't for the doctors at this office we would have been gone a long time ago. It's unfortunate that the staff is so rude and not helpful.

I would recommend Dr. Janson. He is the best dr, that is loving, careing & treats the children like his own. His staff on the other hand is rude. There was no one in office waiting, i was only one there & the front desk lady Cindy got very rude ehen i asked a question. She said Excuse me lady, cant you see i am reading. It was a magazine. I told paul janson & he addressed it right in front of me!! DR. JANSON YOU CAN TRUST, NOT ONLY DOES HE TEND TO ADULT QUESTIONS BUT ASKS THE CHILD TOO. He us well toned & very spiritual hearted aswell. Dr. Janson gets 110% , staff a 65%.

Dr. Janson has been my Daughter's Dr. for 6yrs. She is 7 now. I would never go to anyone else for better care than Mr. Janson. He treats my daughter like one of his own. Not only does he ask if I have question's but also Ask's my child too. He is not in a rush to get to the next patient. Very nice & loving heart he has. At one time when my daughter was in need for formula, he gave me a month supply free. I felt so releived & Thankful. No other Dr. would ever do that. The staff needs to be a little bit more kind & careing. I was checking in and asking questions she put her finger up, answered phone & left me standing there for 7min. NOT COOL!! I explained to Mr. Janson what happened and he said he would address that issue & did right in front of me. I got a apoligie from her. I rate this Dr. 100% but the staff I give a 75%

Dr Janson has been our daughter's doctor since she came from the RCNIC at Children's. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and is very caring. I will agree with the prior comments regarding the staff-they aren't very friendly and you feel like you are ruining their day if you call in for a question, to set an appt, etc. However, I think you'll run into those types of employees anywhere. The important thing is that Dr. Janson is fantastic!

Love the Doctor--do not care at all for the staff..such a shame..If you work with kids you should be out going and upbeat..The Dr is once again awesome..the staff...not so much..

My daughter is very scared of doctors but Dr. Janson and his staff are always very patient and understanding. Dr. Janson always waits until I have finished asking questions before leaving. I never leave feeling unsure of the diagnosis or next steps. I'm always able to get right in for an appointment and our wait time is always very fair. I couldn't ask for a better doctor and I recommend him to all my friends.

The office staff are very rude. When I tried to bring it to the attention of the doctor he threatened to have me arrested. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE
