Dr Fung is helping me get through a difficult time with dryness, crusting and pain in my nose after a surgery done by another doctor. He has shown compassion and eagerness to help me through this nightmare.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr Fung's for a few years due to headaches, chronic sinusitis & chronic vertigo. He has always taken time to listen to her complicated medical issues & history, to digitally scan her sinuses & to explain her condition and recommend several treatment options. We appreciate his caring, support & expertise.

On our first visit to the practice all the administrative and nursing staff we encountered, and the NP who saw my wife, were fantastic: courteous, genuinely concerned, and unhurried. Unfortunately, I was unable to accompany my wife for her follow-up appointment with Eric Fung, but I certainly wish I had been present. My wife called me, sobbing, after her meeting with Dr Fung and said that he was very dismissive, condescending, smug, and hands-off. He even suggested a quick office test/procedure that would help rule out another cause for my wife's symptoms, but declined to perform it because he didn't think that was "her problem." My wife and are both medical professionals, and encountered a young and compassionate Dr Eric K. Fung during his residency rotation through our hospital. Everyone has bad days, but he is definitely a changed man. It's a shame that now we can only recommend avoiding him as a physician.

I have now seen Dr Fung 3 times for different problems. He is very knowledgable, thorough and compassionate. The staff is always pleasant. A really good experience overall.

I really like how Dr Fung asks a lot of questions to determine the problem then presents treatment options in detail with potential side effects. I was well informed thus able to make my treatment decision easily. I really like his non nonsense yet compassionate approach.

Dr Fung was great. Very personable and helpful. Good listener and answers your questions. Not hurried at all. Would recommend him and go back to him if I need to again.
