Sometimes he is running a little late but he well makes up for it in knowledge and courtesy. The office staff is very friendly and accommodate my schedule regularly.

I have been seeing him for 1 year and in that time I am no longer on maintenance meds for diabetes and blood pressure. I have my whole family visiting him now.

I started seeing Dr Mansour three years ago and although he is always running late, I liked his personality. However, he wanted to do blood work and told me to check with my insurance to make sure they would cover a physical. After doing so I had the blood work drawn. Dr Mansour coded the visit incorrectly and I was billed $300! When I called the office to discuss the error in their billing I was told he refused to change the codes and I was responsible for their mistake! When I asked for him to call me and explain why he refused, I was given the brush off and surprise surprise have not heard back. They are expecting me to pay for their mistake. Unless you don't mind covering someone elses stupidity and are ok with shelling out money because an office is too lazy to fix THEIR screw up, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Dr. Mansour makes you feel very comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful as well. I never have to wait a long time to see the doctor. There have been times when the doctor stayed over to accommodate my needs.
