Terrible experience with Dr.Patel's staff. Had to wait over month and a half to get an appointment, and then three weeks in i got a call from his office if I'd like to reschedule my appointment on a short notice, and then they call me again to confirm my previousappointment, and just the day before the appointment they call to cancel my appointment unless I make it on the same day at the time they suggest! I was frustrated, and I asked if I can get a different date but says I have to wait for another month! Staff is rude and unprofessional and they dont care about the patient.

His staff seem very grouchy and stiff. I believe it must be a relative that works for him. She is the worst. Never cracks a smile. She isn't very people friendly. She wants to get you scheduled and get you out. I had to reschedule an appointment. I called and talked to the receptionist. She was pleasant. The relative/unfriendly lady was talking to the receptionist when I was calling. She was making comments about me and how I should've called sooner. You could tell she was pissed that they had to move the appointment around. The recetwas telling her to keep her voice down. Reluctantly the relative/lady was able to change the time. I am not looking forward to going in. Hopefully she won't be there. Other than that Dr. Patel is nice. Very knowledgeable but it is hard to understand sometimes. I only go in once a year now so I can tolerate his staff for a 30-45 minute appointment.

Have been going to him for several years and am very happy with him. He has relieved my pain from torticollis and is knowledgeble in what to do for it. He does care for his patients and does ask questions to find out more about the patient.

He was not very comforting. Asked the same questions several times and did not let me finish one answer before shooting another question at me, then didn't LISTEN to what I said. Talked in accent and so fast that I didn't understand what he was asking. Negative experience for this FEMALE.

I went to see the doctor for Migraines. I showed up 45 minutes early and got in to see the doctor 1/2 hour early. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and carefully. A very helpful experience.
