Saw this doctor a while back and I should've left a review a long time ago but just thought to do it now. Went to see him for a neurological issue and when I mentioned that I suffered with anxiety, he huffed and puffed and slapped his leg yelling, "will you let me be the doctor!!!" He said that other patients come see and bring up anxiety and it drives him crazy. At the time I felt almost intimidated cause he was the doctor and she should know better...wrong! The worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. Maybe I should schedule another appointment with him just to choke him. Trust me, if you go see him, you'll regret it.

Although Dr. Silverman has years of experience, I was stunned when he sent me back to my Orthopedist without running ANY tests. When I subsequently went to see another Neurologist and a Neurosurgeon, they both stated, it was unconscionable to dismiss me without running tests. Thus far, I have been diagnosed with neurological issues including trimeninal neuralgia, two pinches nerves in both elbows (ulmar entrapment requiring surgery) and neurological issues with my brachial plexus. Not only did Dr. Silverman miss ALL of these, he ignored the obvious physical symptoms. I find it both perplexing and alarming he was unable to diagnose any of these issues. Although, charming, he is simply not a good doctor. STAY AWAY. I hope my advice will save your life. Go see a "real" neurologist.
