Dr Santman was wonderful in his office talking me into surgery but once I was in the hospital he belittled my pain, accused me of feigning symptoms, spent less than 30 seconds with me total over 2 days post op and discharged me with no instructions on how to self care after cervical spinal fusion. I left the hospital I extreme pain wondering if I was used as a number to bolster his new spinal clinic.

Incredible surgeon! Performed fusion surgery of C5 to C6 one year ago. Results are excellent. Honest, caring, takes the time you need to explain and answer all of your questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Santman.

Dr. Santman showed me the MRI and explained my exact problem. He suggested and I tried every non-surgery method to alleviate the pain. When the pain was too much he showed me the parts he would put in my back and I had the surgery. That was almost a year ago and I have had no pain.

An honest doctor that does not push unnecessary treatment. I had successful ACDF surgery in 2012, and would recommend him.

I came here for a second opinion. The doc explained my spine problem in detail and was down to earth and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this surgeon.
