If I could give zero stars I would. This office is completely unprofessional, completely unacceptable unaccountable, and has complete lack of empathy. This office rescheduled our appointment 30 days out literally 30 mins before the appointment time. We showed up at the office anyways and the office manager, a completely inconsiderate employee, Shannette Hoskins client revision why the appointment was rescheduled yet refused to take any accountability or responsibility and do anything to fix the issue... This is definitely not the caliber of office you want to entrust with your health and well being

Was careful to explain surgical and non-surgical options. Took time and helped me make the best decision for me.

Dr. Santman was very knowledgable and to the point at my first visit. I had no pain coming out of surgery and continued pain free through my post op recovery. I would recommend Dr. Santman to anyone having spine issues.

On 01/27/17 I left a very rude rating on Dr. Santman. I want to publicly apologize for leaving that rating. I was just so frustrated that they wanted me to see another provider, was in extreme pain and just let all that take over my not thinking. I have been in so much pain since December 2016, been seen by doctor after doctor with no results and am very frustrated and feeling hopeless at this point. And, I took it out on Dr. Santman. I am sorry for this. Dr. Santman might not be the most personable doctor I have met but he is only doing what is best for me and I greatly appreciate that. I am sure he is very good at what he does. We did not get to spend much time together for me to feel I was helped, but hopefully we can get my medical issue under control. Do not base your opinion of Dr. Santman on my reaction. He is to be respected. Again, I apologize. Verna Shull-Altum

This man who calls himself doctor was totally worthless. Traveled from out of town 1hr and a half, less than 15 min, did not address my extreme pain level or my high blood pressure from all the pain. Worthless, just plain worthless. Does not do justice to Scott and White.

My experience with Dr. Santman an his staff has been wonderful. I was barely able to walk and quickly losing the ability to use my hands and arms as well as experiencing a shut down of organ function prior to my surgery. Now I am walking and moving better than I have in more than 10 years. I can open jars, step up and down curbs, and get up and down from a chair quickly without holding onto anything. I feel like I have been given a miracle. Thank you Dr. Santman and staff! I really appreciate what you have done for me!

Dr. Santman performed a difficult spinal fusion removal and then added three new fusions and rods about seven months ago. The diagnosis was correct and the result was outstanding. I had excellent postop care and instructions.

Dr Santman has been my spine doctor since Feb 2015. On my first visit he looked at the Xrays and determined the problem and had an immediate correct diagnosis and wanted to explore options before surgery. I have complete confidence in his knowledge and ability as a spine surgeon. He is truly a caring doctor .If there was a way to rate him with more than five stars I would do it
