It's so hard having chronic illness, it effects my whole life. I pray constantly for relief. I went to newberg providence ER when it got really bad as they told me my last visit to come back if the pain gets worse. Dr. Disney treated me like I was wasting his time, you really feel it to the core when a doctor lacks that care and comfort. He seemed very rushed. I asked for something to help with the pain and without even finishing what I was saying, he assumed I wanted narcotics and gave me a lecture as well as staple a page to my paperwork highlighting something about the ER and how narcotics are not allowed for chronic illness patients. I don't care for narcotics to begin with. He didn't even give me anything for my upper respiratory infection that I had in addition that was causing my ears so much pressure and pain.

Have nothing but a positive experience with the doctor. He explained his course of treatment and why he felt that it was necessary. Answered my questions to my satisfaction. Above and beyond effort the following day by calling me at home to see how I was doing and to provide followup information on tests completed, that I was unaware of, of importance to follow up on in the future. He is a credit to his vocation and the hospital.
