Dr Giep is a very passionate dr. He spends plenty of time answering all questions, reviews lab work with you, reviews all meds and has a general concern for his pts. I am so happy I was recommended to him from my ob/gyn. Thank you Dr. Giep!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Giep for almost ten years. I moved out of the Plano area and am driving. An hour to continue to see him. He is very honest and concerned about helping me stay healthy. Seems like a lot of nurses come and go but I haven't had any problems with them. The only problem Ive ever had was w the appointment schedular. I think she hates her job. Just stand your ground and be prepared for some attitude and you can get her to cooperate. One thing I really like is that they schedule my blood work a week before my appointment so we can discuss the results while I'm there. Which he goes through thoroughly. Some drs don't even let you see them and just tell you what they want you to know. I highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Giep's for the last 7 years. He always is willing to spend as much time as I need with me and doesn't rush me. Dr. Giep is great and will always give me honest advice about any specific issue I may be experiencing. He treats you as if you are family! As long as I live in the Dallas area Dr. Giep will alway be my internist.

Dr. Giep came highly recommended, but I could not be more disappointed with him. He has poor bedside manner and answered NUMEROUS texts in the middle of my appointment. It took over 8 phones calls back and forth for them to call in the correct prescription to my pharmacy. The follow-up appointments are numerous and unnecessary, as the information could be relayed over the phone. The front office is not the friendliest. Overall, it has been a frustrating experience. I will be looking for a new doctor.

Great doctor! He actually listens to your concerns and symptoms. He treats you as if you were a family member when diagnosing you! I would highly recommend Dr. Giep.

very good Doctor but poor staff,nursse don't do they job they have payee check for nothing, never call to give the result, when you call to request the result is the answering machine,they never call back, I call many time for 8 days they never return my call, My husband have to go allway to the office to get my result, That not right,Dr Gip need to fired his staff ,at least the nurses who is responsible to call and return peoples call about they result, need to be fired if not dr will loose busness because of horrible nurses.

Dr Giep is excellent. I know many dr, and I can tell you that Dr Giep is a very good primary care physician.

He does not appear to have confidence in his own diagnosis. He is a nice person, but is a weak primary care doctor.

My husband and I are so happy we found Dr. Giep when our last doctor retired. He came highly recommeded and we were not disappointed. He is very caring and knowledgable. We also love his staff. They always return calls when we have a problem.

Stay away! Covers his face when you have a cold, rights the Rx. before he examines you, it was overall a bad experience.
