I was one of Dr Bass 1st patients and he my 1st real Doctor. Fast forward a couple years. He became my Dad’s doctor and did an exceptional job with what he had to work with. Thanks to Dr Bass and God above my Dad lived another 10-12 years. Fast forward 20 years. I move home from Louisiana with an undiagnosed autoimmune disease. I have had it 10 years. Seeing every specialist south of I 10. July 27, 2020 I start at Dr Bass for another reason. Dr Bass can’t find a specialist who has time for me. He takes samples. He did research on my meds. I know he spent his free time reading about my symptoms. By the end of January I has the most wonderful specialist I can imagine. Due to certain time constraints Dr Bass aspirates a wound. He personally looked at it under a microscope. Something that is no longer done. Red cell, white cells, bacteria and gram negative. On the same day Dr Bass and Dr Bassnet order the same blood work. It will definitively tell me which of 5 rare diseases I have. Please look at his timeline. He does in 6 months what a specialist from Tulane could not do. If you are sick, this Dr will do anything to cure you. If you want to tell him what’s wrong-move along. You want drugs- be assured you won’t be getting them. You need a Doctor in Rolla to do the impossible. You need to see Dr Bass.
