A complete insensitive person. Has no time and is curt. He is highly prejudiced against alcoholism and bi-polar diseases. I called in a crisis this week and his response was "what do you want from me? Find a physciatrist". And he was prescribing all my meds. He would scoff at me at appointments. Downright a cruel jerk.
