Dr. Robert's reception staff sucks! They can be very rude and "detached" from you or your dilemma. It IS hard to get an appointment if you're calling for anything less than chest pains! Otherwise, you usually get referred to the Urgent Care facility. As most of you know, that's pricey. I for one, was also given a medication that turned out to be totally wrong for what the diagnosis turned out to be! It took me nearly 2 weeks to wean myself off of it! I have not been back since. I'm glad we have more choices in Anthem-based physicians now.

Dr. Roberts is my primary doctor, I never have a problem getting an appointment. She is always willing to listen, I never feel rushed. She does need better administrative support staff.

Dr. Roberts is very nice and helpful. I stopped going there because of the amount of time I had to wait for an appointment and her extremely rude office manager/receptionist!

I wish that their office was better about getting their patients in on time otherwise she would be the perfect Dr! I have had to wait more than an hour for an appt on more than one occasion & the resceptionist is usually rude & short. Other thant, Dr Roberts is one of the best Dr's around. She is always thorough & will listen to you completely instead of rushing to get you out of her office.

Everytime I have had a problem Dr. Roberts has helped me to the best of her ability. I have always gotten an appointment on the same day that I have called.

She has too many patients. Often when I called for something like a sore throat and fever, they gave me an appointment for the next month! In a month's time, I'd either be better or dead! I changed doctors because I could never get an appointment when I needed it.
