DR Ritten no longer takes M-care it is very disapointing to me he never gave me a notice or a referal for another DR. also i was i high risk patient and was not informed that his privileges were suspended untill i was sent to the hospital for high BP I was told by another DR. i do like DR Ritten and wood go back to him if he took M-care .

My Aunt gave me Dr. Ritten's name and told me he was a good GYN, so I thought that I'd go and see him for my OB care. It was my first pregnancy and I wanted someone my family trusted as well. After all, he did deliver my little brother.. so, I gave him a chance. When I met him, he was really nice.. soft spoken and he was 'straight to the point'. I really liked that. My prenatal care was great, but I do think he needs to get more information on Gestional Diabetes. My daughter was born ten pounds, fifteen ounces because I was borderline Diabetic. If he would of listened to me and did an ultrasound in my third trimester, we might of been able to avoid a Cesearean Section. That's the only compliant that I have with Dr. Ritten. Even with that happening, I would still recommend people to go and see him.

Dr. Ritten is a very reliable and experienced ob/gyn. I have seen numerous doctors for a problem I have and Dr. Ritten was the most considerate and willing to help. I highly reccomend him to any person looking to find a doctor who will make them feel conmfortable and well cared for!

Dr. Ritten is the best physician I have ever been to. I moved to Metamora expecting to have to drive back to Oakland County for good quality care and I was referred by my doctor at Royal Oak Beaumont to see Dr. Ritten who was closer to me. He came highly recommended and he was very respected by the physicians and nurses at my Beaumont physician's office and hospital staff. My sister works for a perinatologist who said he is one of the most dedicated and knowlegable ob-gyns that they have ever met and that we are fortunate to have him here in Michigan. Friends of mine from Henry Ford say he was a favorite amongst staff, nurses and patients.

Dr. Ritten is the best doc I have ever had. He delivered both of my children and was a great doctor during both of my pregnancies. I tell everyone I meet about him. He is on the quiet side but he truly loves what he is doing and is very knowledgable and capable.
