I am a new patient of Dr. Adolfo and I must say I like her and her nurse Brian. They are very helpful and I have never had any problems. I don't know the old place she worked at but her current work place is nice and everyone there is nice.

I had a great experience at their new office in Sutter, They have a huge availability now compared to their old office, I can get an appointment the same day if I need to, and the wait time is almost cut into 0 minutes! Very good doctor, she sat down and spent over a half hour with me, which is the quality time that I felt I deserved. Very good Doctor!

I only saw her once after several years for a skin biopsy, otherwise it takes me 7 months to get appt. with her. I was told by an office clerk my only option for back pain was spinal surgery. Hello...I would think there are more options than that. I would like to find a real dr but since the state took away the good Sutter doctors there is not much out there, I feel doomed at this point, because I have had doctors that are much worse. I guess I will start looking, QMC of Roseville has also let this practice. Pretty sad situation.

We have been vising this Adolfo's office for over 5 years now. The quality of care has gone from very good to horrible. Last week I saw a nurse practioner and he was verbally inappropriate, rude, and unprofessional. I've already taken steps to switch to a new doctor. Don't waste your time here. You'd think you would visit the doctor to see a caring doctor who should take the time to listen to your concerns and needs - that will not happen here. The NP used profanity and thought it was humorous - even after I expressed my disgust in his inappropriate demeanor and disregard for my problems.

Have been going to this office for 3 years. At first, the NPs were great, and I too had never scene the doctor. After a back injury, I finally requested her. She did help me with dealing with the pain (eventhough they will no longer perscribe pain killers unless you are doing pain management). Unfortunately, something has changed at this office. All the original NPs are gone, and the turnover rate of new NPs is big. Almost all new staff. Very difficult to get a live voice for appointments and office never returns phone calls. Have to constantly call back for test results. Will be changing doctors after I get through this latest medical issue. Too bad, the staff use to be very good and knowledgeable.

This is possibly the most incompetent doctor I have ever seen. I saw her twice in 8 years the rest of the time it was the NP. The two times I saw her she said there was nothing wrong with me, actually her comment was "You're getting older, what do you expect." Fortunately her NP's are better than her and they diagnosed my problem. I've switched PCP's but recommend that no one switch to her practice.

I have had some major health issues that needed a referral from my insurance and the staff has been very helpful in accommodating to our needs. I also love the new extended after work hours, it is very helpful for people like us that don’t have the time to take off wok and can still be seen by the office,

I have been going to this office for over three years and I have never seen Dr. Adolfo or even know if she exists. I have seen a few different nurse practitioners. The last time I waited 45 minutes in the patient room. The nurse practioner walked in asked what was wrong, I communicated that I thought I had a sinus infection. She wrote me a prescription for antibiotics and walked out. Never even looked in my ears, at my throat, listed to my chest, asked what my symptoms were, nothing. I was amazed. She spent maybe three minutes with me. I have now requested to see an "actual Dr." and I have an appt with a new Docter in the same office. Still no "Dr. Aldolfo". Will see how it goes.

I have never posted a negative comment about a person, company or service provider but I feel compelled to comment about the office of Dr. Lorna Adolfo. Every encounter I had with her office, whether in person or over the phone, was an absolutely miserable and frustrating experience. I never even got to meet Dr. Adolfo -- only one new RN after another over the course of two plus years. I have no idea if Dr. Lorna Adolfo is a good doctor, but I can say that her staff, run under her tutelage, does not listen and comes across as uncaring and uninformed.
