My appointment was at 3:30 and I saw the doctor at 5:00. I rescheduled and waited another hour past my appointment time. I had bruising from the filler injection. The office was dirty and disorganized.

First time getting Botox, upon arrival at office was welcomed by less than pleasant staff. Did a consultation, was told it would be $350 for one area of the face and that they don’t charge per unit. Okay, cool.. thing is I was told any leftover would be used in other areas. 3 hours later, still in waiting room Dr B comes in and uses less than a quarter of the injection on my forehead. After waiting for that long I had no time wait any longer so I left extremely frustrated. Called 2 days later to drop off balance and explain my frustration and was told they were so sorry, and that I didn’t owe anything other than what I paid with the GC. Fast forward, I was told to find back in because the Botox did not work from the tiny amount used. Upon arrival sat in a waiting room for 30’mins only to be told to call another lady who works there and be told I need to pay $150 again. Even though when I tried to pay the balance she told me I didn’t need to I’m assuming bc of how things were handled the first time. Left, will never use this dr again. Extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and they tell you something that they don’t actually do.

Very kind and caring physician. Her attention to detail is excellent as well as her knowledge and ability to explain the medical side in layman’s term so I could understand everything she was saying. I would most definitely give her a great referral to anyone looking for her services. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have always found Dr. Burkenstock to be a very caring knowledgeable doctor. She has been my doctor for 20 years and I highly recommend her and her staff.

Most unprofessional doctor and office I've ever been to. Horrible experience. Enough so to write this. She shouldn't be in business. I've never written a review of anything or anyone before. But people need to know. Don't know how she could possibly get any good review. Beware. Wish I had the option of no stars

Love Dr. Burkenstock. Kelly is fantastic doctor and I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate, empathetic and skilled doctor. Dr. Burkenstock is treated me through some really rough times and don't even want to imagine what life would be life without her as my doc. Staff is fantastic too. You can tell when you've been there that they all really enjoy their job and it makes each visit really pleasant. Southern hospitality always goes a long way and Dr. Burkenstock knows that too.

She is listed as internest but is doing dermatology procedures in office. Takes botox patients before well patients. Does not keep to appt time. Waited for two hours past my appt time.
