She used to be a great doctor with a great office manager. It's gone downhill and her level of care has gone from caring about the patient to caring about getting you in to collect an office visit fee. She refused my request for a referral to a cardiologist because that would mean giving up repeat visits for blood pressure meds. I was able to Mahe the appointment without her referral and she dropped me as a patient after being with her for almost 20 years.

Please note that Dr. Ibrahim is in a new office, farther down Toll Gate Road toward Apponaug. The offices are very clean and there's plenty of parking. The woman at the front desk is efficient but not warm. You will usually wait! I sat in an examination room for nearly 45 minutes. However, Dr. I. is lovely and compassionate.

I saw Dr. Ibrahim for a sick visit a few weeks ago and felt that she took the time to make sure I understood what was going on and how she was going to care for me. The staff called me the same day with test results which I don't get from any other doctor I have seen. I did have a little wait, but I knew that I had been added in because I was sick, so I felt the wait time was appropriate and appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in.

I have been seeing Dr Ibrahim for many years. She has helped me immensely with all of my health issues and obstacles. She is one of the most caring and compassinate people I have ever encountered. Her new office shines like the bright light in her soul.

Dr Ibrahim is a wonderful doctor my husband and i both see her, she is a very caring and compassionate doctor . we have no problem getting same day appointment when sick . Her staff is very helpful with setting up referrals and returning calls,, . Her office recently moved to 176 Tollgate raod and is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I have referred family and friends to Dr Ibrahim, and would highly recomend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Ibrahim for 2 years and recently saw her in her new office which according to her receptionist she moved into this spring. The new waiting area and rooms are beautiful and her entire office is bright and spacious. As someone who is not a fan of waiting, I will tell you the wait to see her was better than average to my other doctors I have been to in the past year. After checking me in, my wait was less than 10 minutes until she saw me and I appreciate the time she takes with me and the care I feel that she takes with my appointment. I think that overall my experience here is much better than my previous primary care and I would recommend her to any friend or family member that was looking for a new doctor.

Dr Ibrahim is a wonderful doctor, I've been seeing her for years, however I find that my appointments are never on time. She is very busy and takes time with each patient, so maybe she should consider spacing out the patient appts. I keep going to her because she is helpful & knowledgeable. I would recommend her to my friends & family.

I went to Dr. Ibrahim several times before switching. Although she is personable, the office itself is a disaster - messy, cluttered and cramped. The office person sits at a desk in a poorly designed area and you sit there to check out and make appointments. Staff always seemed frantic- running around, calls on hold, etc. Waiting area is common to several offices and it is very confusing where to go and nowhere to really check in. Also very stark and ugly. Just an uninviting place to go. Also, Dr. Ibrahim never scheduled me for a full exam, just briefly listened to my issues and barely looked at me. I am much happier at my new doctor, Ami Muehlberg.
