My husband was a patient more more than 35 years. We moved an hour away and he insisted on still using Jackson. The day after my husband’s annual physical he had a heart attack. So much for EKGs. I called Jackson immediately & we spoke briefly. We never heard from Jackson again. To this day since February he hasn’t contacted my husband to see how he is doing or check to see if he’s dead or alive. Shame on him. Highly unprofessional. If I could give him 0 stars I would.

He listens to what you have to say, does not ever rush you to get in and out if you get sick and are at home you have a contact number to call him and he will answer and advise you of what to do go to the hospital or what he deems necessary there is no other doctor like him he is so caring. Dr. Jackson never rushes to an immediate diagnosis. His examinations are thorough and always asks pertinent questions. Glad a client recommended me to him 4 years ago.

I have been seeing Dr. Jackson for over 25 years. He's very patient, thorough and on point with his diagnosis. Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment to see him right away. But it's really worth the wait because you know after seeing Dr. Jackson you'll definitely feel better.

I cannot say enough positive comments about Dr. Jackson. I, like most people, despise going to the Doctor, but after meeting Dr. Jackson I truly do not have the same fear. I proactively go for my annual physical knowing his approach is both professional and he puts up at ease. He carries himself as a Doctor should with all of the knowledge and credentials that goes with it. One of the best! If you are hesitant, please give Dr. Jackson a try and you will understand why I feel as I do. He looks out for only the best for his patients and runs his office with respect for time and the individual.

I have been to Dr. Jackson since the mid 1990's. I used to live very close to his office and even after I moved 25 or so miles away I have continued to keep him as my Dr. B/c he is very helpful,knowledgeable, and I trust him. His office staff is IMHO just fine-- I have no complaints but no, they are not the warm and fuzzy personality type. But they are courteous and pleasant enough! I highly recommend Dr. Jackson as a primary care MD.

I have been seeing Dr Jackson for 4 years. I have found him to be very caring and sensitive. He advised that I needed to stop smoking. I cut back but did not stop. He encouraged me that every effort counted. I lost a few pounds and he suguested that we reduce the dose on some of my medications. I complained about the cost of some of the prescriptions and he was willing to sugguest alternative drugs. He has a light and easy spirit. And yes while he is answering any questions or concerns that you may have, he draws blood from you painlessly. I like him a lot. I could definitely do without the secretary she comes of unconcern and indifferent. That is why I rated staff low

Dr. Jackson might be a good Dr. but his staff are very unfriendly over the phone . It's hard to get a prescription, and when you call today expect the return call the next day or so.

I found Dr.Jackson through an employee of mine.He has treated me for the last 8 years and has done an unprecidented job!He is very complete and his knowledge is excellent.He is to the point and right on in his diagnosis.If calling after office hours you get his phone which he answers how is that for service!I would like to thank Dr.Jackson for treating me as well as being a good friend and taking the extra time personally.My highest praise for a man true to his proffesion.You will not find a better doctor than him.
