So nasty. Definite God complex. Rude from the start and he doesn't know me. Assumed things about me without asking. Awful. Awful. No time allowed to ask questions.

Thank goodness for Dr. Chen, he was able to treat my daughters stomach problems when no one else in town is even willing to see children.

Gave subpar advise to manage my Crohn's causing me to end up in a life threatening situation. I have now moved to Dr. Flomenhoft at UK who is phenomenal.

Hard to get an appointment but well worth it. My daughter suffered from chronic disabling stomach pains for years. Took her to see numerous specialists at children's hospital, universities, and other specialists without any results. Dr. Chen took the time to actually talk to my daughter! She really liked him & trusted him. After only a couple visit and then the problem was diagnosed and fixed. It's wonderful to have my daughter back to her old self again, thanks to Dr. Chen.

Literally saved my life! Suffered from sudden onset of severe stomach pains with fevers while traveling in the area. Dr. Chen and his staff squeezed me in late on a Friday afternoon, made the right diagnosis, and ordered immediate treatment for an acute infection that I did not know I even had. This quickly turned things around and I was able to continue my vacation without out any further troubles.

Had procedure done recently. Excellent staff at their new ambulatory center. No long wait, treated well, and very pleasant. No complaints.

Last year I took my mother to see this doctor (after they had to reschedule b/c the other doctor had something come up). My concern was that my mother had a spot on her pancreas and we were worried it could be cancerous. This doctor was probably the rudest doctor I'd ever seen. He was cavalier and sometimes made comments that were flat out insulting. I left more upset than when we came in. Luckily further testing showed that she was fine, but I could not imagine working with this doctor in the long term if she had been sick.

I done internet research...for new gastro doc...went to Dr. appt...I have a very extensive medical history...he kept commenting on my extensive medical history...when I ask him would he consult with my Kidney Dr before presscribing any medications, his reply was I will send him a note...but I don't have time to consult with other doctors!He said where is your Kidney doctor I told him he had recently contracted with U.K. and he told me I should find a Gastro Doctor affiliated with U.K. So I told him that I could see it was about the almighty dollar and how many patients he could run thru his clinic in one day and I would take my almight dollar to someone who would take in interest in helping to make me well...after all he works for the paying patient! where is his bedside manners! I have never ever had a doctor do me this way...I've had some that I didn't like, but they were good doctors...but he was flat out rude! so my almighty dollar will go to someone else!
