I went to Dr. Tilles for a UTI on a Saturday. He explained to me that my UTI was "not that bad" and I could have waited to see him until Monday. I would like to know how he knows what a UTI feels like?

Did not like his bedside manner at all. I asked questions about some rather emabarassing symptoms and he blew them off and made me feel stupid for asking. Not at all what I look for in a PCP.

had rash, asked to be checked for Lyme disease.Did blood test but not test for lyme.Said "you don't have lyme." went to Lahey and had Lyme! had many symptoms

I have only been to see Dr Tilles about three times. So far, he seems like he takes his time, listens to my concerns, and offers his sound advice.

Dr Tilles is not for evyerone. He's not very warm and can seem distant. He also seems rushed a lot. I manage to get what I need by asking a lot of questions. On the other hand, he treats me like an intelligent adult and he gets to the point. To be honest, I've considered switching but I've never been quite motivated enough to make the leap.

I went to see Dr. Tilles one time when I was very ill and my normal doctor was off. He was quite cold and basically said, "Why should I help you, there are sicker people in the world."

I found it unhelpful going to Dr. Tilles and was unhappy with his service. I had a hard time getting an appointment each time, he spent very little time with me and he was very insensitive to my medical concerns.

Dr. Tilles listens carefully to what I have to say and then after checking me out offers his opinions and the options that one might pursue. If I ask for something he might question my thinking but never rejects my suggestions without careful study. I am very happy with the care he gives me.

Had been to see him numerous times. Just went for a physical and it looks like he was opening a new file for the first time. We went over questions we had gone over before. My sense is, he doesn't think a lot about you and what you're saying and is not in the moment.
