incompetent staff incompetent doctor referrals with no follow up

2 times I needed to recieve IMMEDIATE medical attenation from my primary care - but I had to wait 2 months to see her or was told she is booked. For one of those incidents , because I had to wait 2 months to be seen , my injury worsened and I needed surgery - this could have been prevented. The second incident left me in the ER for the 2nd time in 9 hours with the staff baffled why my primary wouldn't see me for an emergency. The office is also filthy and I couldn't believe that in 2016 there was no computers or any sign of technology- we were in the stone ages. It is also very telling that there is a sign posted on the front desk "to be nice to the staff , we are trying." So many people are angry and not satisfied that a sign had to be made!? Completely horrible experiences and I switched providers the next opportunity I could.

She is always on vacation when I need her the most

Dr failed to send me heart and lung tests when having problems breathing. When mentioned my swollen lymph nodes she didn't check them or refer me to specialist or for an mri. Her paperwork is detailed but she does the bare minimum and she's very serious and not very friendly. I'm very disappointed.
