Dr. Arana is a great GP, and I have always found his staff to be very helpful. If I had not moved 79 miles away, I'd be with him for life. He is very thorough and checks out any problems that turn up on physical exams or labs. His staff is pleasant and helpful. If they can't help you at the moment, they will call you back. If you have a sudden minor illness, they can usually work you in. I'm sorry that I can't remain a patient with this practice. Also, the Bond Clinic is a pretty good outfit. It's a multi-Doctor clinic with central scheduling and labs.

Dr. Arana is a great doctor. He will take his time with his patients. The only problems I have are with his staff. His receptionist Michele is the worse. She never smiles and she seems miserable. The last thing I want to deal with when I am sick is a receptionist with a bad attitude. Another problem have is when you call, you can never get anyone to answer. One time, I called while I was at the window, just to see if their phone worked, and I saw her ignore the call. Another issue I have is with his nurse Rossa. What professional chews and pops her gum while tending to a patient? And when Dr. Arana comes into the office, he is typing the medications in and taking my blood pressure, not his nurses. If they cant do their job, why does he have them there. The last problem I have is their punctuality, or lack there of. My wife waited weeks for a call back from his office. She had to initiate the call and left several messages. she didn't get a call back until we complained to the clinic. If he would get rid of ALL of his staff and start over, I would increase my ratings.

I appreciate the time and care I get from everybody in this office. The office staff is helpful, and the nurse takes time getting the right prescriptions for my insurance plan. Both my husband and I see Dr. Ariana. He checks out all test and lab reports that may indicate problems and schedules us with a specialist if we need one. We both have a lot of confidence in this doctor. Yes, you may have to wait a bit, but this is a real doctor with real patients. They sometimes have real problems. If you ever have a serious problem, you will appreciate the extra time he takes with you, too.

He's a good doctor, but as others are saying, the wait time is terrible.

For an appointment you always have to wait 2 to 2.5 hours to see Dr. Arana. However, once you get him he spends lots of time with you

Dr. Arana is very calm, thorough and polite. He is very flexible to his clients, communicating by email or phone when more convenient than in-office.

Dr. Arana is thorough, and watches carefully the patient's overall health condition. He has been my family physician for over 10 years, and I hope to not ever have to change. Punctuality is one notch below "on time" because he is willing to answer patient questions. Occasionally patient's before you will have or need additional time with the doctor, but then, that is one reason he is so well respected and appreciated.
