Great doctor. Staff needs improvement. Extremely long wait times.

Dr. Doan has been our family doctor for over 12 yrs. He remembers everything about me, my kids, and my mom. I moved to Dallas 3 yrs ago, and still make the drive once/yr to see MY doctor.

The staff acts like you are not there, and if you ask a question don't expect an answer . You will be waiting an hour or better after your appointment time, when you get in the exam. room you will be there the rest of the day. Then Dr. Doan zooms in , don't listen to you becaues he already have a idea in his mind and don't care about facts. But he is a nice guy.

My ENTIRE family (from my grandmother to my 3 grandchildren) has been seeing Dr. Doan for 7 yrs now. I just love how he knows our entire history. The time that D. Doan spends listening to us during our visits is way more than any other doctor that I have ever been to.

He listens and that is someone who I clearly like. He doesn't judge. He cares.and will take care of your concerns right away. I definitely would go to him permanently. I've been looking for a doctor that cares and doesn't blow you off and says my problem is nothing when it is something to me. I recommend him to anyone. He is very very nice too. The staff are very nice ladies.very friendly.helpful.got my appointment on time. didn't wait long. will go anytime I have a problem.

his staff is not very nice but he is a wonderful dr , he will always ,look over your history and will take his time listening and explaining your problems. so be prepared to wait because he takes his time with the patients

He moves too quickly. Wants you in and out.
