Office staff rude and unhelpful. Waiting area is just FULL of signs telling you all the things you can't do or that you must pay extra for. Dr doesn't pay attention to what you say - I had to follow up with calls to correct them on something I had explained in person. I found a tick in my leg, called the office to ask what to do, they put me on hold for 6 minutes, then came back and said they'd call me back. Never heard another thing. I'm finding a new doctor and I hope I don't have Lyme's disease.

In addition to the wait and rude incompetant staff you now get to pay additional fees for refilling prescriptions or having a referral done. The antagonistic sign somehow implies it is the patients fault that the insurance company pays them so little. They seem to be able to support the entire family on their practice though even with their "poor" reimbursement. I get much more professional service from my other doctors and staff. Will be moving on to another practice.

never, ever on time. i would eat my hat if i ever got seen in 1/2 hour. no matter how empty the waiting seems, it's always 55min to 1:20 wait, no exceptions (been there 6-7 times over 4-6 yrs). Wait, I think I got in after 50 minutes once, that was the best. Very dry and rushed demeanor. Not much smiling and patient rapport going on in this place. May be a good doctor, but not extremely thorough with time and questions. Seems like she sees 20-35 people a day, according to what I read. I dont know how this gives enough time.

It takes a very long time to be seen by the doctor. Sometimes you may not even be seen by the doctor instead you see the assistant. Also, test results take forever to come back. I had a Urinary Tract Infection and did not get the results back until two weeks later. By then, the infection had passed but it would have been nice to know what I had when I had it. Also, the secretaries are so so nasty and sometimes ignore you when you stand in front of them waiting.

She is a wonderful doctor and is caring and spends time with each patient so I don't mind the wait. I have a problem waiting so long for test results though. I went in with a few symptoms she seemed concerned about and she wanted to do a bloodtest/EchoCardiogram/MRI. The bloodtest results came in the mail over two weeks later. I am still waiting for the Echo results and it's almost been 3 weeks and I was told it would be one week. And the insurance denied my MRI so now I need to go back to see her so she can send me to a neurologist but I can't see her for weeks because her office for some reason is closed for 2 weeks. I hope that I am not really sick because it is taking forever to find out. But in general she is a wonderful caring doctor, I just wish it didn't take so long for results, it's hard waiting for results from tests.

Very caring, remembers vital information you may have discussed in the past. It is a busy practice but I do not mind waiting for her, there is a TV with informational programs in the waiting room which makes the time go by quickly.

This doctor spends a great deal of time with her patients in order to provide them with the best quality care so you may have to wait longer in the waiting room, but you are waiting for quality health care.
