Worst experience ever. Dr. Lafayette is a conceited, fluffy, good-for-nothing

Pleasant and helpful 1-on-1 but does not respond to telephone calls or emails although he promises to. Cannot get email replies and very difficult to get copies of lab work as promised...very frustrated that promises are not kept!!!...all words..no actions..

Accessible and helpful. Willing to work with you. Only complaint is that the office is always running behind.
