OMG this is the worst doctor office ever, I took my mother of 80 years old to her app. at 09:00 am , and we got out of there at 15:30...........i will not recomend this doctor at all. my mother way for about 5 1/2 hour just to be seen for 1 minute . Please ,Please don't you go to the office if you don't want to experiance a terrible day.

I paid 20.00 copay to see a PA and she wrote everything on that my dermatologist had previously written when chekcking my iron levels. Staff is unprofessional. There is always a different staff and I have been going to Dr Walker since 1995. Ms. Annette is the only professional working there. I have been trying to get my records since Friday. I had go to back to the office to sign a release form on Monday. Was told on Friday to contact my insurance company for a specialist. I called today and was told to call back tomorrow or Friday and that there is a 25.00 charge for records to be faxed and depending on what needs to be faxed. I am going to the office and get a copy of my records and will never return to this office again. There is no customer service there.

OFFICE STAFF IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THEY DO HAVE A BIG TURN AROUND IN THEIR EMPLOYEES. THEY WILL SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT SUPPOSELY WITH THE DOCTOR BUT WHEN YOU ET THERE YOUR APPT WITH BE WITH A PA WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION.

SINCE I AM IN THE MEDICAL PROFESSION,I ASSUMED THAT THIS OFFICE ALONG WITH ITS' STAFF WOULD PERFORM LIKE MY OWN. HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN TO THIS OFFICE 3 TIMES IN THE LAST WEEK FOR A REFILL ON MAINTENANCE MEDICATIONS THAT HAVE YET TO BE FILLED. THE STAFF SEEMED INDIFFERENT. MIND YOU I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THE PHYSICIAN NOR HER OFFICE MANAGER. IT WOULD SEEM TO ME THAT THE STAFF ARE QUITE FAMILIAR WITH DISGRUNTLED PATIENTS AND HAVE NO CONCERN FOR MAKING THEIR WELLBEING A THEIR TOP PRIORITIES. I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE MEDICAL BOARD ON SOME OF THE PROCEDURES THAT ARE NOT BEING DONE IN HER DECATUR OFFICE. TRULY THIS EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A PHYSICIAN OF ANY COLOR. MY CHART HAD ABSOLUTELY NO DOCUMENTATION BESIDES THE ONE THE PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT HAD WRITTEN INT THE CHART. THAT BEING SAID, PLEASE KNOW THAT THE WAIT WAS MORE THAN 3 HOURS ONE DAY, TWO HOURS ANOTHER AND THE IMPROMPTO VISIT TO GET THE PRESCRIPTION REFILLED WHICH WAS THE ORIGINAL VISIT.

fires staff every week. change billing company every month. dont pay staff. another manager embesseled 25k. thniks she is not black and said she dont mind giving anybody what norcodics they want because no more blacks should be on the earth. the devil with a smile.

Staff unprofessional and rude, wont return calls,it took a month and half to get appt, medical records were lost. Staff constantly changing and seem not to know how to answer questions. Too many patients booked at once, waited over 2 hrs before having to wait another hour in second waiting rm then exam rm. Dr. Walker rushes through exams,didnt even look at my concerns,all you can hear is her heels running from room to room. Doesn't give patient feedback on exams or lab results. I'm definitely not going back.
