I have seen Dr. Walton for sinus, ear, and thyroid conditions. I have found that he takes the time to make sure that the appropriate tests are ordered so that the best care is given. His staff has called me in a timely manner to provide me with results. I feel confident that he is going to provide me with the best care possible.

A great surgeon but really has the worst bedside manor I have ever encountered. It makes you feel like you are a thing not a person.

Not a very helpful staff, as made a mistake and scheduled my appointment on a different date and what agreed to on the phone. Though their mistake, I wasn't able to get on the date I expected. Of course, this was after waiting for 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence at the desk as they shuffled papers. I felt like a number rather than a person, so changed to another ENT. Also tired of pushing unneeded nasal sprays my way.

I have known Dr Walton as a nurse, mother, patient and friend. I have 5 children and 3 of them he has operated on. He is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional, and committed to do "the right thing". I have also worked with his NP and partners. I could not even believe in saying poor comments about any of them. Its unfortunate that other people have had the nerve to post such negative comments. Being an OR nurse I have seen great surgeons and some very very poor surgeons as well. Dr Walton is not any of the above negative comments. As far as the comment about the infection goes......the nose and mouth are about as "germmy" as it gets!!!

Dr. Walton is very knowledgable, and did a great job on my Lothrop sinus surgery and removing polyps. I can finally breathe out of my nose. I would definitely recommend Dr. Walton. His nurse, Lindsey has always been helpful and calls me back timely.

Not particularly personable. He is very knowledgeable and identified and corrected my sinus problems in a very effective and satisfactory manner.

I was referred to Dr. Walton by my Primary care doc for sinus issues and possible nasal polyps. Dr. Walton barely looked into my nose and told me there weren't visible polyps (I can see them and so could my primary care doc). Then told me I would need a CT scan to confirm. My ins requires a peer to peer review before approving the CT scan and Dr. Walton refuses to talk with the ins company for the review. The solution that his office offered was that I just pay the $400 cost out of my own pocket so that they would not have to talk with my insurance company and do the p to p review. They were not helpful in the least and seemed to be very happy with my decision not to pay for the scan out of pocket and to try to find a doctor that can be bothered with my medical needs. I would NEVER recommend this doctor or this office.

I caught an infectious disease in my nose as a result of an office visit. Office staff could not communicate, or even pronounce, the names of the things a diagnosic test was supposed to find or explain why I needed the tests. I had to their lab call to explain what the procedure was for and how it would be done. The doctor was very brief at the time of my visit and left it to his staff to explain what I needed to do. Dr. Walton might be a great doctor but neither he nor his staff did not demonstrate the kind of care and professionalism that I would want in my doctor or his staff.

I would say try any other doctor before Mark Walton. He has NO BED SIDE MANNER. I asked him some questions he made me feel like they were stupid questions and he never answered them. He gives you no heads up what he is going to do to your ear just does it, I have seen him for four years and every visit I had to wait one to two hours before being seen.
