The ONLY reason punctuality wasn't given 5 stars is because the everyone at the CEC takes their time with each patient- even if closing time is nearing. From the front desk, the nurses, the surgeons, even surgical coordinators don't ever make you feel rushed and will make sure you have every bit of information you could possibly need, want, desire, etc.
I've been unfortunate in my personal case to have needed multiple visits and surgeries but I cannot express my gratitude that I am cared for by the CEC and all of their affiliates. I truly don't know where I would have been without each member of this team.

Thank you to Dr Sinervo and everyone at the Center for a very smooth experience. 10 days post op and can already feel the difference. They made a very anxious and worried patient at ease, and went above & beyond in every way!

Dr. Sinervo performed my surgery 6/5/17. He is the most warm and kind physician I've ever met. He even held my hand until I was completely asleep in the OR. No complications!

Dr. Sinervo is the best doctor I have even been to. He gave me my life back and it's because of his tremendous knowledge and skills, that I was able to have a child. I give him my highest recommendation if you are suffering from Endo. I can't say enough good things about him, the staff and the entire CEC!

I just needed to leave this comment even though it has been a little over 4 years since i was saved by Dr. sinervo and i say saved because that is what he did unknowingly. I suffered of horrible excruciating pain since i was 18 years old till 26. I had more hospital bills that you could possibly imagine. I could not maintain a job nor go to school. I was completely consume by endo at a very young age. In a month i only had 5 days of no pain all the other days was constant pain. could not even enjoy intimacy with my husband. I had 2 previous surgery before Dr. sinervo that did nothing for me, i was back in the emergency room the following month. I gave myself one last shot on getting cured. I research day and night for months until i came across this center. I knew that if this place did not give me peace and an take the pain a way, i was going to do it myself. And i know this is a horrible thing to read but it was my truth. I no longer wanted to fell like i was getting staved for weeks every month. feel pain so intense i would pass out, throw up every single food in my stomach until i could taste my own stomach acid, i could not even hold water down, and don't forget the diarrhea. it was as if my body was breaking apart from the inside. Many time i gave my self burns from hot water bottles. And all of this happened every day butt 5 days after my period. And don't forget the emotional torture that was just as bad as the pain. The why me question. wondering if i was inflicting this pain upon myself as once a doctor told me when i was just 18 years old. So i just want to say thank you Dr. Sinervo you saved my life. I would not be here if it was not for you ad god that send me your way. I am very sure of that. And i thank god for blessing people like me with doctors like you. I am writing this after 4 years because is only fair to give hope to anyone that is possibly going through the same thing and loosing hope.

After a hysterectomy performed via laparotomy, a vaginal cuff rupture, a left ovary "removal", and another laparotomy to remove bowel adhesions and my right ovary, I finally found Dr. Sinervo to remove my "ovarian remnant" which actually appeared to be my entire left ovary. He is fantastic!!! He calmed all my concerns, prayed with me prior to surgery, and held my hand as I drifted off to sleep. I have continued to have pain and his staff and him have been so gracious and quick to help with any questions I continue to have for him. I do know his surgery took care of the leftover ovary, a second repair to my vaginal cuff, and all endo that was left. The pain I'm experience is likely due to so many surgeries in only 2 years. I suggest if you are experiencing endo or any other unusual gyn problems to seek him out and make it happen. I would go back to him in a second and suggest him to all people I know who have issues. Thank you Dr. Sinervo!!'

I had surgery with the CEC in June 2016. It was my 9th surgery for endo. I had continued pain and was referred to pelvic floor PT. Did that with little relief. Contacted the CEC and they recommended hysterectomy for suspected Adenomyosis. They said my local OB could do it. She did it on 12/23/16. I had a TLH with right salpingectomy. I only have my right ovary. My local ob found a large endometrioma but didn't send to pathology. She simply drained it and peeled it from pelvic side wall. Dr. Sinervo is not convinced it is endo. I have dealt with this pain for over 20 years and know what endo feels like. Back to square 1! He and his staff are NOT honest about his outcomes. I paid ALOT for this surgery and still paying. Good chance I will need yet another surgery....so I will suffer for another few years. They asked me to rate him right after surgery which I did but the reviews are TOTALLY different. I would not go back to him. I would find another excision specialist that is more honest about their outcomes and one who is more realistic about the disease. Also, Nancy Peterson from Nancy's Nook is a bully. Most of the info I got about the CEC was from her. She kicked me out and blocked me from her beloved Nancy's Nook because I had continued pain and problems post excision.

Dr. Ken R. Sinervo's response
Our Center is not affiliated with Nancy's Nook, as we have stated repeatedly. We are sorry to learn of your experience with her, but you will need to take that up with them directly. As for your own case, we cannot pull your chart and review it to help you further, as your comments are anonymous. However, we are very upfront and "honest" about our outcomes, which are on par with other excisionists, and all continued pain is not always actual endometriosis recurrence. Should you wish to pursue your situation further with us including your ledger balance, please contact us directly.

We eagerly await your next call and as we have always maintained in our ongoing correspondence with you, we are very happy to try and help you if at all possible. Please call and do not email, so that we can best address your case. A copy of this review will be made available to the staff so we can serve your needs attentively.

I had surgery for endo in California and it didn't help at all. I tried MANY things after and before that surgery but the pain kept getting worse. I found Dr. Sinervo and so happy I did. I decided to have a hysterectomy (kept ovaries). After surgery I felt better right away. The whole experience at CEC and the hospital was great. I wanted to wait to write a review because I wanted to see if the pain came back. I read so many reviews before going to Atlanta and wanted to read one that was written a year or so after surgery. I am now almost 2 years from surgery in Atlanta with Dr. Sinervo. I am still pain free. I did have adenomyosis as well as endo, so I am happy I chose to have hysterectomy. I had stage 4 endo. I was barely able to function for the year prior to surgery. The 20 years prior were not great. I am thankful for my new life.
