I've been satisfied as a patient of Dr Randoph's. She's competent and treats you as if you are capable of relaying your medical questions and concerns to her.

I’ve been going to this doctor for about 6 years. At first it was only annual visits with no problems. She seemed very competent. We hen I started to have health issues she was not very helpful at all. If she didn’t know what was going on she would just say”I don’t know” but would just leave you hanging. No referrals or nothing. I understand due to Covid the health industry has been overwhelmed but people still need to be seen for ongoing health issues. I have tried to see her recently and she wouldn’t even see me. She had the nurse to say she did know how to help me!! What???? I called 3 weeks ago to see her and was told the nurse would call me.. I’m still waiting for that call. I was told just today that because of their new computer system , they couldn’t get any new appointments in for about 3 weeks... totally unacceptable. The secretaries are rude and have hung up on me at least twice. Poor customer service!!! Dr. Randolph you need to Retire!!!

Her attitude has changed over the years her bed side manner is a hold lot better and she actually talks to you now like a person and not at you .

She likes to finish the helpless patient off while they are helpless and lets them know that she's doing it

Terrible doctor. Poor communication skills and she acts like she can't be bothered with your "issues". Quick to give you a diagnosis without spending time to really look at the problem. Patients are just another paycheck to her...she doesn't seem to genuinely care about them. At least it doesn't appear that way by her uninterested, poor "hurry and get you out the door" attitude. I wouldn't recommend her if you actually want a doctor who cares and takes their time to correctly diagnose your medical concerns/needs.

SHE IS ONE OF THOSE DOCTORS WHO WANTS TO DECIDE FOR YOU THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY LIVED LONG ENOUGH. SHE WILL DISCONTINUE BLOOD THINNERS AND SHE LIKES TO USE CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL RESTRAINTS IN THE HOSPITAL

Dr. Randolph has always took care of me and my mother in a very professional way. If she didn't know exactly what was wrong she would send us to a specialists. She is a special person.

Dr. Randolph has been my doctor for over 10 years. She was my mother's doctor until her death. Neither of us had any trouble getting her to discuss our issues. She has always worked with me to provide me the best healthcare available. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a caring, knowledgeable physician in Kinston.
