Kept me waiting in his office for over an hour for a "first thing in the morning" appointment. Staff did not advise me of his status. When he finally showed up, did not apologize -- or even mention being late. Was having sinus infections, checked with a fiberoptic scope and immediately told me surgery was my only option. Went to another doctor who put me on longer-term antibiotics and saline spray and have been free of sinus infections for almost 2 years. Did not want to discuss options -- just told me I had to have surgery -- and of course, he was the guyy to do it. NOT impressed at all...
