I have been going to Tamara for over a year now...I had a stiff neck and a lot of really tight areas ( shoulders, back, jaw, etc.) She has helped relieve all of my pains....would highly recommend!

Dr. Steinbauch is by far the best chiropractor I have seen in the 15 years I have need help with my back. Dr. Steinbauch takes her time to make sure to find every sublexation and tense/tight muscle casuing any problems. Dr. Steinbauch was so "keyed" into my symtoms, that she found an autoimmune disease I had which later was confirmed by my family practitioner. You couldn't find a better chiroprator!

Fantastic and knowledgeable doctor. Excellent at making me feel comfortable. I visited another chiropractor for over a year with no results. After 6 visits at Praxis with Dr. Steinbach I felt substantially better. I would recommend her to anyone. Except people I don't like they can go to someone else.
