TERRIBLE.
If you care about yourself or family member, do not go to this doctor. You will not be allowed to be in the room with your family member or vice versa even if they ask you to be and give consent. I went with one of my parents today to listen and talk with her too and he was on board with it but they still wouldn't’ let me in. I really wanted to go see what was going on after hearing what the Dr says to my dad and how often she makes her patients return for another appointment like every other month. That seemed odd to me. My dad has also expressed other concerns and confusion about this doctor and her office staff that has made me curious as to what is being said and going on over there. Well after my first experience today, I am not at all impressed. It seems a little shady, and they don’t respect the patient’s requests and don’t respects the rights of their patients. I saw other frustration from another couple in the waiting room who were irritated and confused by this practice. I wish my dad would have left this place and this doctor a long time ago. We will absolutely not ever be returning. Do not test your luck here.

Had an appointment after seeing her in hospital for accident. No info. Requested for office visit other than insurance. Showed up and filled out forms. Waited 1 1/2 hours, then told since I had no picture I’d after she had treated me in the hospital, she refused to see me. Office staff was rude and appears to be unethical doctor.

I have had the same experience as the patient below. I went for my first appointment. I asked her if my son could come with me and she denied it completely saying that she only communicates with the patient., that in itself is a violation of my right. I gave her my past medical records. I had my appointment on May 19th and called the doctor every week to get my records. She did not call nor did she follow up. Every time I called her office it would go into voicemail. I finally decided that I wanted my original reports back and change doctors because this one clearly did not care about my health. I then went to the office to get the report and the receptionist said they were going to mail it. Two weeks later, I heard back from her saying that if I wanted my records I needed to come to the office. I went to the office and she said I had to sign a release of records in the mail. I requested that she let me sign in the office since I was already there. She once again denied. The uneducated receptionist even denied of having a copy or even printing a copy for me to sign. She said the only way for me to sign it was through mail. This is violation number 2 for denying my right to release information. On June 11th she called me, left a voicemail saying I had to pick it up and then when I went to get the records she said she mailed it on June 11th.

This office is unprofessional and the doctor is unethical. She has neglected me as a patient by never following up on my reports or medication. Nor her assistants or the doctor herself, want to hold responsibility for her patients.

During all of this when I struggled to get my records, the doctor came out, stated she did not have time for all of this, and went back in. She then would not even speak in front of me and would call the assistant back in to tell her what to say to me like a coward. I have never seen a doctor who does not follow up with his or her patients.

While I was at her office, there was another gentlemen saying that he had been calling for two weeks for an appointment but there was no follow up. The assistant ignored what he said and went straight to scheduling. This office is full of unethical and untrustworthy staff. I have never seen a doctor who does not have time to speak to any of her patients even for five minutes. She is the most unprofessional doctor encountered. Even after thirty days, I have no records or follow up which is violation number 3. I have not received my records. I had to practically tell her that I would take her to court if she did not give me my original reports that I provided previously.

Please do not waste your precious time and risk your health by going to this unprofessional doctor. She does not care about her patients and does not deserve to be a doctor.

Worst doctor I have ever encountered! She took my payment at an appt sat and told me she would call me Monday to discuss the labs... I have called the office 9 days straight begging to speak to the doctor. The snotty indian assistant is an idiot and says the doc does not call pts because she is too busy! I must make an appt and pay the fee to speak to the doctor- but I already did! I have never met a doctor who doesn't call pts back or return pages! I think she should be fined! Please never go to her! Horrible doctor and office!

She follows rules rather strictly and will not bend or find a way around them. As a doctor she is great and very knowledgeable, however she needs to work on hr social skills, and he wait time on office is rather long but then I guess most doctors are like that.

OMG, it's very true whoever wrote below review about this doctor. Why i did not read this review before i went to this doctor. Everything, everyword is true. She is realy really unprofessional. She is always scared to talk to any family member about the patient. Everytime she create new policy in her office and she affraid to talk to any of patient infomation to there family member. I am completly agree that government should take her licence back and they should take her degree back to be'z she doesn't how to treat or even know anything about blood pressure patient treetment. OMG how the hack she got her degree. One day i hope if there is god, she should be punish what she is doing with the patient and the to her attitude. She is just money making doctor. Also whoever wrote first two comment about her (the good one) probably it was wrote by herself. Don't take this doctor. Best Advice. Worst Worst doctor ever seen in my life.

I think last comments were true. She is very unprofessional with the patients. Hard to get the answer on phone in case you have any questions or need medicines. She took lots of patients and then got frustrated to answers patients questions because so busy making money. She hardly spent 10 or 15 mints with you and don’t listen your health concerns. From her it’s hard to get any prescription on time or she is so scared to make any decision. If you are a blood pressure patient she won’t prescribe you anything until you ended up in ER. I am sorry to say she should get her license revoked for not providing due professional care according to IL professional regulations. Most of the good comments listed in the bottom are from her staff or family members. Very unprofessional and has a temper issue. She should go to school again and learn to handle patients & their concerns. I don’t know how she got the Geriatrics specialization if she has temper issue with her patients and clients.
