Do not go to this office. Dr. Bergman's Nurse/Sister is extremely rude and nasty. I will NEVER go back. My Wife brought our Daughters in for their annual flu shots this morning. My daughter who is 6 gets extreme anxiety at the Doctor's office especially when getting shots. Nurse Anne told my Daughter to "quit her whimpering and save it for the real thing". This was not the first time we have experienced her rude behavior toward our girls. Then Dr. Bergman defended her actions and refused to apologize. Additionally they charged us a full copay visit fee for a flu shot. My health insurance mandates that flu shots are free. I will be filing a complaint with my health care provider to recoup these charges. Completely unprofessional office. Zero Stars for this review.

Dr. Bergman is a wonderful pediatrician. I have 3 children who all adore him and love visiting his office. He is extremely attentive, punctual and knowledgeable. Him and nurse Ann have always been very helpful and understanding when we call or visit, even on the weekends. When my children are sick we have always been able to see the doctor right away and his follow-up is unparalleled.

Dr. Bergman is an amazing Pediatrician! My boys love him and Nurse Ann. They truly care about my kids and their overall well-being. We are so blessed to be their patients.

We have been patients of Dr. Bergman for 13 years. He held both of my boys in the hospital when they were one day old. He is very smart and will give you his opionion. Often times I would ask him ,"would you give it or would you recommend for your own children?" We have never, ever waited to be seen. If we have waited, it was only for a short time. I have had to call Dr Bergman on weekends and even on a holiday. He always returns the call immediately. I remember he had to leave his own child's birthday party, to meet us in the office AFTER office hours, to care for my sick son. Over the years, I have developed a wonderful rapore with Dr. Bergman and his staff. I feel so lucky that my kids are under his care. He knows them. They are comfortable with him. I have always followed his advice and have never been disappointed. His knowledge and experience makes him a valuable member of the community. He is well respected among his peers. I didnt want my family to be just a number in a Doctors waiting room. With Dr Bergman, you get one on one care, every time! Thank you for caring for children, especially mine!

The front desk employee was continuously condescending, rude and untruthful. This reflected badly on the doctor's prefessionalism.

What a joke of a human being, do not let him talk down to you, I did not, I got up and told him to take his license and use it to light a fire to warm his heart. Coldest individual I've ever come across in Medical field. Sad excuse of a human being.

DO NOT GO TO HIM!! He is a scam artist! Everyone check your insurance claims he submits! He double charges you every exam so that way he can make a ton of extra money. They won't tell you how much things cost like trying to charge $3000 for four visits. When I asked receptionist nurse , horrible attitude, on the first visit for cost of uninsured( didn't know if my son would have insurance) she refused to tell me. Now I know why. He charges double exams per one visit. So instead of $250 for the one exam you recieve he charged my insurance $580. He also charges $900 just to see him for five minutes in the hospital at birth! He's overcharging and double charging your insurance or you. Always ask for an itemized bill. I will be reporting his charges to Palm beach medical association. He is a shyster! Also he charges for medical record copies which should be free like they are even at the hospital. All they want is money! He handled my child like a rag doll, no manners at all, and don't interrupt him doing anything because he gets mad. He also thinks if you ask question or think there's something wrong he immediately gets mad and talks down to you.

Worst doctor ever! No wait time b/c the parents of his patients don't sick around! He is nasty rude and degrading. Do not dare ask a question or throw out a dirty diaper in his trash. Aside from his nasty behavior and personality he is physically rough and abusive. He will manhandle your child to the point of causing bruises and then tell you it is the child’s fault and that it is your fault that your child is “bad” during an exam. He grabs, pushes/shoves and will hold down your child. When you object, he screams at you. He will only use a rectal thermometer and when you refuse to allow it, he throws a fit and threatens to throw you out of his office. He clearly does not like children. He will degrade everything about you and being a mother and treat you like a piece of garbage after being physically abusive to your child. He should not be allowed to go near children. The one other person in his office, Ann is just as nasty and abusive. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS OFFICE!
