I would recommend Dr.Waters to anyone-he's friendly, efficient, easy to talk to, and very thorough. The only reason I had to give only 4 stars for on time was that I had to wait an hour for my procedure because he was busy delivering a baby :)

This doc filled in for my regular doctor when I need my annual pap and pelvic exam. Not a procedure anyone likes to go through, but this doctor was friendly, efficient, took my mind off it by talking about favorite bands and radio stations. Great!

Since Dr. Waters started helping us with fertility issues three years ago, we now have 2 beautiful children. We don't plan to have any more children and my only regret is that I will miss him dearly! He is a great doctor and the referral we received to him was the best advice I have ever received.
