Treated poorly, will never go back. Try taking customer service into account.

Dr. Greenhill has been the family dentist for a number of years. He is sensitive to my concerns and has always worked with me to provide the best oral care for my family. We have never had any issues over the years and look forward to our yearly hellos! I recommend Dr. Greenhill to anyone who needs a good dentist.

In March 2015 I had a bridge come loose. I chose to see Jeff Greenhill.. Bad decision. After a 30 second consultation, which cost $85.00 I trusted his professionalism.. Bad decision #2.. I told him to do exactly what he would do if it were his own tooth. He decided to pull the tooth.. telling me that it was so fragile that it would break during extraction. That did not happen. Later I questioned his nurse and she said he tells everyone that.. to cover the worse case scenario. The end result is.. he pulled a tooth that was in my estimation was strong enough to support the bridge if he had just put the bridge back and sent me to my regular dentist when I got home. We are snowbirds... Now I have no bridge, no tooth to support a bridge and I am $450.00 poorer because he pulled ONE tooth and destroyed my bridge. The tooth that he pulled had already had a root canal.. I was in no pain. Replacing the bridge would have been the smart thing. But not as expensive. When I asked his office to send all my xrays etc. to my current dentist I had to ask several times. Also J. Greenhill would not give the old tooth to me. I would NOT recommend this dentist. I worked for this dentist and after working for about 8 previously, he was different, he actually cares! He is soft spoken and that helped me relay even more. I would NEVER go to another dentist! It really says something when the help trust him for their own treatment!! He pulled 20 teeth on me all in one setting and placed full dentures all in the same visit. When I needed a break, he was kind and gave me a few minutes to regroup! I had no pain at the ofice, he numbed me up really good, Afterwards he would see me on a moments notice for adjustments. He even made my second set of dentures that fit really good! Yes, don't go anywhere else and tell him Lynne sent you!

I have had excellent experiences with this dentist and his staff. Very helpful and cost effective! My teeth and my wallet both happy.

Dr. Greenhill was gentle and painless. However, he failed to put sealants on my childrens molars and they later had multiple cavities.
