I first saw Dr Mouer almost 26 yes ago, I was 20 and pregnant with my first and only child. I was releasing a lot of protein which he kept an eye on along with keeping me calm throughout the pregnancy. Apparently it was a high risk pregnancy as I developed toxemia the last few months. On June 25, 1988 I went into St Joseph's to Induce labor. At 4 pm we delivered a healthy baby girl! Upon followup Dr Mouer informed me that I was still releasing protein and it had not gone away as he had hoped. I found out that I needed a kidney transplant. My baby is almost 25 and is engaged to be married! I am extremely grateful to him for his care, compassion and most of all my beautiful daughter! I was/am able to experience the love of a parent to her child! Thank you Dr Mouer I hope you read this!

Dr. Mouer didn't take the time to find out what was wrong with me or to treat me, consequently, I am still looking for answers to my problems. I had to push to get blood tests ordered. He never followed up with me. I was disappointed with my experience.

30 years ago Dr. Mouer diagnosed me with Endometriosis and removed an ovary and cyst. Those were the days when hysterectomies were prevalent. I was 24, did not have children, and he promised he would remove only what was necessary. He did as he said, and I trust him implicitly. He delivered my son 27 years ago, as well as my sisters 2 children. I recommended him to friends who lived in Mexico and they came to Arizona to have him deliver their children. He is always so knowledgeable and available to answer questions. I live in the East Valley but would never go to another gyn unless he retires. I now see him once a year, and it's amazing that he remembers me considering the number of patients he has seen over the years. Dr. Mouer has a stellar reputation amongst the medical community.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mouer's for over 28 years. He delivered my only child. I cannot say enough about him. He is gentle, kind, and very knowledgeable. One of the state's top docs for many years. He was my best friend when I was going through a very difficult time.

I am a registered nurse with a masters degree in nursing. I have taught nursing as well as pracitced nursing. I also am married to a physician. I have been a patient of Dr. Mouer's for thirty-two years and would go to no one else as long as he is practicing and I am able to drive. He delivered two of my children and I would not hesitate to send both of my daughters to him for any reason relating to his speciality. When I moved to the Valley thirty-three years ago, I asked fellow nursing instructors who was the best OB around and Dr. Mouer's name was always mentioned. A truly "great doc"

My Family members are all Doctors (Father, Husband, son-in-law, daughter=nurse). I had my 1st baby delivered by Dr. Mouer. I had 4th degree lacerations from low forcept delivery that I was "not told about", and then the afterbirth was not completely removed, which sent me to the emergency room days later for a D & C. Would not send my daughter (nurse) there, and she is currently pregnant! He dented her head with forcips which made permanent marks in her head...Run for Cover! (Poor Baby, Poor Me!)

I like this doctor very much though I only see him once briefly to seek a 2nd opinion. He seems to be very knowledgable, confident, and experienced. I would greatly recommend him to my friends if they don't mind a long drive to St. Joseph Hospital if they live in East Valley.
