Dr. Mouer is an outstanding but very humble doctor. He is extrememly knowledgable, compassionate, generous with his time for patients, in all respects he is way above board. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. Also in the 1970's his willingness to examine rape/sexual assault victims at emergency rooms made him a local hero at the rape crisis center. Dr., Mouer made himself available to the Phoenix area rape crisis center when other ob/gyns did not want to get involved in this complex and time consuming work. I went to Dr. Mouer for twenty years. I recommend him without hesitation.
