Do not go to this Dr. Complete waste of time. She has no knowledge and does not care about the patient. Rushed though appointment, condescending manners, did not want to review MRI images and only gave general suggestions which could be given by anyone.

she was late for more than 40 minutes for the first appointment in the morning. she did procedures not necessary for the diagnosis and not helping for the treatment at all; beside, she doesn't care patients in pain.

Very Poor diagnosis. Doesn't care about patients in pain. Just happy to rush through her appointment and eat her $300/hr fee. At the end of several appointments with her which included me getting a nerve test, x-rays and an MRI, she was still unable to diagnose the cause of my pain and at the end of several of these appointments she just threw her hand up and said I don't know what else to do and what else you want to do. I found this attitude extremely discouraging. It was disheartening for me to realize at the end of several appointments with her there was no solution for me. I would never ever recommend her to anybody.

I saw her last March again. What I like about her is she is straight forward. I went there for an EMG again. She said I have more nerve loss now 60% and to tell my surgeon NO more surgeries. She said she wouldn't have let me go back to work so be happy I got someone else to say yes. I am struggling and in pain 100% of the time. I wish I wasn't bull headed and went with her. I am now going to see her for my condition. I have nerve loss in leg to my lower back. I have arachnoiditis from my ct myelogram results. My back surgeon doesn't deal with that so I have to go to someone that does and Dr. Young was great with me for the EMG so I am picking her. She told me straight up what's wrong with me and she doesn't sugar coat it. I like that. My back doc doesn't straight up tell you and he tries to sugar coat things. I don't want to be babied. I just want someone that knows what they are doing and is straight forward with me. Thanks Dr.YOung for the past and now I am coming to you for help.

First and last time I would see this Dr. she lacks empathy and does not listen. Already had a determination without asking me, the patient, who knows their body and level of pain. She needs to HEAR her patients. What she assumes should or should not be causing pain can only be determine by the patient. If you are looking for a doctor who will take the time to listen to you and actually pay attention to what you have to say then move on. She is not the one. I agree she lacks real knowledge of pain and pain management.

She was very nice. I had to go to her for a nerve test today. My experence there was great. The only thing I could say was I had to wait for 45 minutes before I got to go back to the room. She did inform me that I have no new nerve damage, just old nerve damage. She did try to give me hope about the nerves and I appreciate that because my old back doctor told me that once a year hits then forget it! She said it can take a year or two.

I was referred to Dr Young by my primary care physician after a car accident. Great bedside manner. Her medical care and knowledge were exceptional and she referred me to some great therapists for treatment. Extremely punctual for a doctor. Would highly recommend!
