Excellent doctor! My husband didn't understand why she was always smiling and happy. I told him that she's been that way since I started seeing her 10 yrs ago. She's always helpful and very attentive. She takes the time to get to know her patients and their lifestyles, etc.

I have been going to Dr. Vicari for several years, including throughout two pregnancies. She is an excellent OB/GYN- super knowledgeable, helpful, and just a kind person. Her personality creates a safe atmosphere for asking personal health questions, and she has always done her best to make stereotypically uncomfortable exams as quick and painless as possible. I have been to a couple other OB/GYNs who have been very stoic and businesslike and almost made me feel ashamed for having fears about pap smears when I was getting them the first few times when I was younger. You will not have that type of negative experience at all with Dr. Vicari. I hope she keeps up her practice for a long time, because she's just an excellent doctor. Also, for the record, there have been a couple times she's had to go do an emergency surgery and so I've had to see another doctor or nurse in the office- I've had excellent experiences with them all. The office staff has also been polite and accommodating.

I have been going to Dr. Vicari for years and have recommended friends to her practice. Dr. Vicari is a great doctor. She really cares about her patients, takes time to listen to your concernts (no matter how busy she is) and knows her stuff. I have had 2 babies since being her patient and even though she didn't deliver them due to not being on call when I went into labor, she provided first class prenatal care for both pregnancies. I broke my ankle with my first baby back in 2007 and Dr. Vicari was on call one day I was in the hospital after surgery and she stopped by to see me. That's what I call first class care. You won't be sorry if you choose her as your gyno. She is awesome!

Dr. Vicari is amazing! I drove from Livonia to Ann Arbor during 3 separate pregnancies because I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else. She always goes the extra mile and even called after-hours to check on me and the baby. She never made me feel as if my questions were silly or unimportant. My one complaint is that there are no evening appointments, which makes it difficult for a woman with a career, but she is worth the extra time off from work!

I love Doctor Vicari. She is very nice, and never rushes you if you have questions, if it wasnt for her I would have left IHA and gone somewhere else because the front desk staff are not the greatest

Excellent doctor. I drove from Canton to Ann Arbor throughout my pregnancy to see her when I could've easily driven 5 minutes to see someone else. She has great bedside manners and never makes you feel rushed during a visit.

Nice doctor who really knows what she is doing. However about 75% of the office staff at this office seem to have major attitude problems

I would not recommend her. she misguided me throughout my pregnancy- assured me that the baby's head was down when it was not- told me that my pelvis was not too small- which it was (the on-call doctor who ended up doing a c-section was baffled by the fact that she told me I would be able to deliver vaginally). She never did an ultrasound after I kept asking for several weeks why there was bump by my belly button- turned out to be the baby's head- she kep putting it off saying "oh, well if it is there next week, we'll do an ultrasound" well, my water broke at 37 weeks- I was never checked vaginally by her and went into labor thinking everything was fine when it was not. my labor and delivery was a nightmare as a result of her misguidance and misinformation. yes, she is nice, but I would rather have a doctor who knows what they are doing.

Doctor Vicari delivered two of my children, saving their lives. I have preemies. We lost a son to prematurity and were not sure we would ever have a normal pregnancy. Dr. Vicari correctly diagnosed me with an incompetent cervix and called me on her off hours to say she was thinking of me and wanted me to have a cerclage. My son was born early, but we held him in long enough to make him viable. He's beautiful and four! My youngest tried to sneak out at 24 weeks. She put me in the hospital for eight weeks and believe me, I am not an easy patient. She was wonderful with me. Holding my hand and talking to me when we did not know if my children would live. Celebrating my boys when they did, but deeply sorry she could not keep them in longer. She is amazing and I owe her a debt I can never repay. She recently saw my four year old for the first time in a long while and she was so honestly thrilled it brought a tear to my eye.
