The office staff ( Amanda & Jane are terrific) Always pleasant. Dr. Hussain is very friendly, extremely knowledgable, and will suggest anything that he thinks will help you get better. The only problem with the office is the long wait time in the waiting room. Todays visit, I had the 3rd place in line appt. I waited out in the waiting room 1 hr and 15 min. I think they need to try something like--if the appts are running that far behind. call the patient and suggest to them that they might want to wait 30-45 min. past the originial appt to come in. I had much rather be at home where I could still work on projects than sitting in waiting room for over 1 hr. That is a waste of my time and I think the copay or charge should be reduced, my time is as important as the doctor. Maybe if enough pts. did not pay their $20 copay - such as bill the doctor for YOUR time. I bet that the wait time would significantly drop.

I have gone to Dr. Hussain for the past 6 years. He has been very helpful in making me better. He tries very hard to get my medications right. I have a severe mental illness and it is extremely hard to find the right meds. Dr. Hussain listens to me and shows me that he truly cares. Also his staff is wonderful on returning calls and getting back with me.

Upon arriving to Northwest Texas Hospital, I was in a deep depression, couldn't keep my priorities in order, abused alcohol and drugs, and suicide was my first intention. In an attempt to get better I booked myself in at Northwest Texas. The staff was incredible, and I got better. It was this doctor that perfected my medications. He is very kind, understanding, and helpful. He has much experience, and uses it to the most of his extent. I highly recommend Dr. Hussain, I'm a living story.
