Primarily a research physician, but accepts a limited number of private patients. Extremely knowledgeable re mood disorders and the interaction between psychiatric and medical disorders (has background in internal medicine as well as psychiatry). Networks with experts all over U.S. to consult re difficult cases, familiar with "cutting edge" treatment approaches.
