dr frank , made me suffer for 3 weeks with sciatica , i could not sleep in my bed because i could not get out of the bed , after a couple days in major pain and sleeping in a desk chair , i called his office ,to see if i could get something to help with the pain , this a hole , gives my tylenol3, so i slept in my desk chair for 3 weeks , and dr frank was fired as my dr , the guy is useless

Dr. Frank has replaced bedside manner with a computer. When I visit I get the same feeling that I get when I visit my accountant to have my taxes done. But an added "bonus" at Dr. Frank's is Nurse blondie whose face I believe would crack if she ever attempted to smile.

If you have something medically wrong that is past the "routine" ailments run to another doc or specialist. Symptoms were ignored that a blood test could have saved me from horrific surgery and long term incurable disease. He is quick to go to "psych " diagnosis.

I thank God for this doctor and his staff for the excellent care I rec'd for many years. Sad to hear Jennifer Wisemman is no longer with them. They made a great team.

The only thing accomplished was to have a urine culture taken because the infection had not cleared. When asked other questions regarding health issues, for example, what caused me to pass out, is it possible my infections come from sibo or knee replacement, etc. the answer was see a urologist, gastrointestinal dr., orthopedic and psychiatrist. There was no satisfaction. I walked out angry because I had no help or answers. I felt I was wasting his time. Dr. Cook is the better doctor. I will not return to Dr. Frank.

Green Brook Family Medicine has been my primary care physicians for many years. Dr. Frank is very reasonable and understanding. He always takes the needed time to properly treat his patients. Jennifer Wiseman is equally as excellent. She is always sure to listen, diagnose, and treat with her patients best interest in mind. The staff is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Green Brook Family Medicine to anybody who is looking for caring healthcare professionals.
