Never in my life have I come across such a terrible physician. Pretty much echoing off what others have previously said - Dr. Marcus lacked compassion. He cut me off, was dismissive, talked me down, and was incredibly interrogative. I left the appointment in tears. I understand doctors at MCI are overworked, but this is unacceptable.

He was rude, judgemental, and condescending. He does not listen properly to your concerns and if you WANT to be judged about your health concerns they’re the right Doctor to go to. I had a horrible experience and I do not recommend this doctor.

Useless telephone appt. He talks you down. He's arrogant without the skill and knowledge to go along. He scoffs at you when you talk or ask something about your own body or health or test results. I dont know why he hasnt been fired by now. He's grossly rude plus incompetent. Google offers more advice than this bozo. He truly is a clown. (sorry Bozo the clown)

I called into Dr. Marcus recently through the clinic I would normally go to directly but being Covid times, he called me back. What was anticipated to be perhaps Strep throat, worsened in 24 hours an after another call the next day with him, his professional insistence that I go to emergency saved my life as I had an extremely rare and severe throat infection that was shutting down my airway. Thank you Dr. Marcus and look forward to seeing you in person in the future.

Visited today and found him to be both knowledgable and professional.

I would absolutely see him again, were the need to arise.

I waited in the exam room for over 40 minutes while he talked to the man next door about his Rolex watch for over 35 minutes. Walls were thin I heard every word about Rolex this, Cartier that. Shameful... especially because there were at least a dozen other patients waiting in the waiting room while he blathered on and on about expensive wrist wear.

I have used this clinic for years. From this point on, I will always call first to make sure the dr. Marcus is NOT on duty.
Wish each interaction, I find there has been a sarcastic tone as well as judgemental comments or innuendo.
I have noticed that other reviews imply the same.
