Dr. Crezee was very thorough, professional, and friendly. His treatments thus far have been effective.

Dr. Crezee was kind and gentle. The toenail on my right foot came off because of fungus. He took a sample of it and sent it to the lab for testing so see what type of fungus it is before prescribing any kind of medication. I have another appointment to see him in 3 weeks. I paid $10 for a large package of band-aids and a tube of ointment. Much cheaper than the stores would have charged me for that! I feel good about putting my trust in him.

Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center (address 15810 S. 45th Street, Suite 190, Phoenix, AZ 85048) recommended sold us 2 ankle brasses (BioSkin brand) in their office. Those ankle brasses did not work for my daughter. When I tried to return the merchandise office and specifically Dr. Kelvin Crezee refused to refund my money. This office made evaluation for my daughter's ankle, recommended and sold us merchandise which has poor quality and did not work for my daughter. In addition they refuse to refund my money and demonstrated very poor customer service being rude and very unhelpful to us. This is unacceptable for medical office and supply provider.

This doctor is a major crook. First off I was billed up front for my Xrays. I informed them I have met my deductible but they still took payment. I have been waiting over a month to get it back.
When I met with the doctor, he told me I needed immediate surgery to have a bone spur removed from my foot. I also had to pay the 20% upfront again when I have already met my deductible. I saw another specialist that said my foot was fine. From below the wait is over an hour. The staff is not friendly. I would NEVER recommend or see this doctor every again. Please stay away they are crooks!

Never showed me the x-ray. Never showed the Ultra Sound screen as he worked on me and prescribed a GIGANTIC $225.00 boot for a fairly minor ankle issue. Receptionist put a fee schedule in my file but Doctor or his assistant never consulted me on the costs. Check out costs were a shock. My bad. I should have said the boot was ridiculous for my situation. So much for my Christmas bonus!

Great bedside manners! Dr. Crezee was very thorough in explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan. At no point did i feel that the Dr was in a rush to get out of the room and on to the next patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was referred to Dr Crezee who without my MRI results prescribed a boot and to stay off my foot. I found out today that my uric acid levels are high and I may have Gout. I was misdiagnosed by Dr Crezee and canceled my follow up appt.

While the staff and the Dr. were very nice it disturbed me that the diagnosis was conflicting from first visit to second visit. The Doctor forgot he had already had me in a "boot" for two weeks. The therapist treated the wrong part of my foot and when asked said, "Oh, I don't have your chart, I just assumed it was the bottom of your foot." I don't like assumptions made about my medical care! I have canceled my remaining appointments and will not be going back.
