Both Mark and Rebecca are very professional, courtesy, personable, and straightforward. I have been a patient for over 10 years and feel valued and well cared for.

Never returned calls, and when he did, he got his office staff to return them. He only would deal with you when you were in his office, paying for his advice. And they don't relay the info properly. The black women at the front desk is rude and abrupt. The interns who work with him are a lot nicer and more knowledgeable than he is one most things. I've waited as long as 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment before he would show up. And that Italian-American doctor who works with him is nasty and oily looking, more concerned about his muscles than anything else.

Dr. Watkins was great! He came in and reviewed my medical history and asked me some quick questions to make sure he fully understood the reason for my visit. He related to me and made me very feel comfortable. I mentioned that I prefer to use a mail order prescription drug plan and he wrote me prescriptions for both the mail order and in-store, which was great. He was VERY knowledgeable and even recommended some vitamins and herbal supplements I can take to help speed up the recovery process. Overall, this was my first time seeing him and I will continue to use him in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

love him. no confusion, not an alarmist. just really easy to feel better after you leave. i think that's what it's about.

Dr. Watkins is very calm and comfortable, taking time to explain everything and answer questions. He is not quick to give antibiotics, which I really like. I had muscle spasms in my neck and instead of giving me meds that would make me completely out of it and useless at work, he gave me a regimen and exercises to do that helped. He also referred me to the massage therapist that is on site, who was amazing.

No complaints, but a very hands-off approach. Also, I was miffed that he sent out no notice when his office MOVED. In fact, he sends out no notifications or reminders whatsoever.

Very professional, thorough doctor - not rushed and questions answered. Front Desk could stand to be friendlier imo.
