More than an average wait to see. Dismissive and non-comunicative.

I found this doctor to be very knowledgeable and confident in his diagnosis, but his bedside manner was lacking - quite pompous and rude.

I have been going to Dr. Aleman for the past two years. He is always very helpful and I have recommended him to a few of my friends -- they also found him to be very nice and intelligent.

I tried for 3 days to get an answer to reschedule an appoinmnet; after waiting on hold for 25 minutes I received a very rude receptionist. She made comments under her breath about me not asking for much and then yelled the date when I said I didn't understand the date she gave. I am in the process of looking for another dermotologist.
