We drove out of our way to see this ped. on the recommendation of a co-worker. When running late to one of our appointments I called to tell them we'd be about 10 minutes late and asked if that was ok. We were told it would be fine. We arrived, about ten minutes late as we had said. There was one person checking in ahead of us and I tried to poke in politely and let them know we had arrived but I was scowled away by reception so we waited patiently in line for another ten or fifteen minutes. Once we got to the counter they didn't actually need anything from us and we were directed to sit and wait. So we sat and waited. When the nurse finally came to lead us back she told us, "You might have to wait a while since you were more than half an hour late. But the doctor is still going to squeeze you in anyway." Like we had done something horribly ungracious and should be so grateful to still be seen. Went to one more appt. after and was given misinformation by the doc. We haven't returned.

I agree. My four children have been with Dr. Cannon for over 10 years and I can't say enough how wonderful she has been! You can tell she deeply cares about her patients.
