He has been the life-long pediatrician for both or our sons (current ages 16 and 11). He is an excellent, patient, thorough, caring, positive, and encouraging doctor. My wife and I are both very grateful to have found him and cannot imagine a better or more effective pediatrician. This is how all pediatricians should be.

Dr. Hamill has been our children's doctor ever since my oldest was born 11 years ago. He is so caring and always very informative and helpful. If my sons ever need an urgent appointment he always has time to see them, and I mean that day! I hope Dr. Hamill will be around for at least another ten years. My only compliant is that he cannot be my husband and my dr. too. :) He is the best pediatrician out there!

My son had an appointment with Dr Hamill, when our primary pediatrician was unavailable. Dr Hamill came promptly, he had spend the time to review my son’s health record ahead of time and was aware and very knowledgeable about his condition (contrariety to other substitute doctors who had to be educated about the condition) He was very patient with our son, took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. Even though we had only seen him only once, he left an impression of being an exceptional professional and caring person.

As a patient its nice to have a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients, takes his time to take care of the patient, and all while being a professional and doing a good job

He does really well with our son, who has autism. Dr Hamill is one of the very few dr's that is receptive to my sons's needs. He takes his time, and visits do not feel rushed.

Such a wonderful doctor. We were "assigned" to Dr. Hamill after my son's original doctor left to work non-profit (!!!) ... but it worked out to our advantage. He takes his time, is thorough, and is very intelligent. I always leave feeling like all the bases were covered. Even an ER misdiagnosis was caught by him and corrected ... which was so encouraging. He's a Kaiser doctor, but if he leaves, we will follow.
