Dr. Kotula seems to intentionally create unneccessary patient appointments and has absolutly no concern regarding the patient's schedule, work habbits, lifestyle or care to explain treatment plans to the patient or patient's significant other. Dr. Kotula's bedside manner is abrupt, unsensitive and flat-out rude. Moreover, Dr. Rudolph Kotula's refusal to prescribe life-long (and most importantly) life sustaining medication REFILLS in a timely, prompt and courteous manner, in my opinion, is outragously unethical, irresponsible and completely unaccetable. After ordering a background check on Dr. Rudolph Kotula it appears that he is NOT board certified in the practice of Infectious Disease Medicines (Health Grades®).
